Closing the store

It's not an easy post to write, believe me! I'm closing the shop on Friday, December 4th 2009.

It's been a great and fun adventure. I have the best customers and I want to thank you all! I enjoyed being part of your sewing projects, answering your questions, seeing and sharing your creations (and even buying some of them!). 

I've started this shop with the goal to have a project of my own while staying at home raising my 2 little boys. I had not thought it would take so much of my time and I'm now simply rebalancing the work-life balance in favor of my family. 

As I want this closing to also be a happy event, I'm launching a fun shop closing giveaway to thank you all. I'll be giving away 3 fabulous packages of fabrics, books and patterns. You get 1 entry for each yard of fabric and each sewing pattern you buy. Nothing to do on your side, I'll be compiling the entries and announce the winners in the week after the shop closes.
